Glass Bath

Our European clients asked us to reverse the typical American master bedroom suite layout in their existing house by moving the bedroom into the former bath / dressing area and dedicating the existing larger bedroom space to a combined bath and dressing area. We proposed creating a glass bathing chamber, including sinks, tub and shower, as a free standing structure standing within a larger dressing and closet area. All of the surfaces of this chamber—doors, walls, tub surround, and vanity countertops—are clad in glass to allow light to create a shimmering environment for daily ritual.
